We had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and received top, notch service throughout our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was a luxurious oasis, and the massages were absolutely heavenly. the indoor swimming pool was pristine, and we loved spending our afternoons lounging in the sun, filled Spa lounge. the meals we had in the restaurant were divine, and we appreciated the in, room breakfast options to start our day in style. the room advantages were exclusive, and we can't rave enough about the comfortable bedding and plush amenities.

The only downside we experienced was a minor issue with the sauna , it was on the smaller side and could only fit a few people at a time. this was a small aspect and did not detract from our overall luxurious experience at this hotel.

The hotel offered comfortable rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central, with the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. The fact that there were bus stops, tram stops, and an underground station nearby made it very convenient for getting around the city. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options.

The room I stayed in was a bit small and the decor felt dated. there were some issues with housekeeping, as the room was not made up on one of the days.

The hotel was set in a central area close to Metro stations, all tourist attractions in the Old City part of Istanbul and Istanbul. Again, I walked to see an 85-metre-tall fire-watch tower.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and provides easy access to all major landmarks of the city. Guests can easily walk to the Grand Bazaar in just 9 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering private guided tours or detailed recommendations on where to visit and shop. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel also offers an indoor swimming pool and takes prompt action to resolve any complaints.

The reception staff may have language barriers and are not always able to communicate effectively in English.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to taxi and tram and Turkey. Plus, it had proximity to an Ottoman imperial mosque.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in the heart of the city for a few days. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the helpful and multilingual staff, made my stay extremely comfortable. The delicious food at the onsite restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and the WiFi in both the rooms and lobby was excellent. The hotel staff and managers worked tirelessly to meet all of my needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

Clean, truly exceptional hotel, there was a nice reception. The rooms were huge with a fantastic view, very very comfortable beds and cramped up bathrooms and the breakfast was traditional.

The concierge was especially nice, and client relations was helpful in sorting out our issues. The location is great, near all major attractions, and the hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean.

Although the hotel room was quite small for a 5-star hotel, the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. the hotel offered an upgrade to a suite at check-in, a nice surprise.

The hotel offers traditional breakfast and has a great location for business, shopping, and exploring historical and tourist attractions. The reception has an attentive and friendly staff, with special mention to Atakan and Mrs. Elif. The housekeeping service, led by Mr. Cueneyt, was praised for their efficiency and helpfulness. The hotel also has a managing lady at the reception table who shows great respect and attention to disabled guests.

Throughout the stay, we felt completely relaxed and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location in the heart of the city was perfect - close to all major attractions and easy transportation access. The rooms at Crowne Plaza Istanbul-Old City are just amazing! The plush pillow top bedding and upscale amenities made me feel like royalty. The satellite TV and tea/coffee maker were lovely touches, making the room feel cozy and luxurious.

I personally found the Wi-Fi Internet access a bit spotty, but others might not mind.

The Lale Restaurant serves a rich buffet breakfast in the mornings. I felt like a kid in a candy store with the array of delectable options. It was like a treasure hunt, discovering new delicacies at every turn. The breakfast truly set the stage for an amazing day.

Construction works at the street but this is temporary and no effect on my stay.
